  • How often do you update your shop?
    Every month, new additions can be expected .
  • How do I contact you for a graphic design? How long does the process take?
    Please use this google form to submit your request. https://forms.gle/SD4G8S7YoZ94Jpgo6 Additional questions might be asked shortly after your submission. You will be emailed or texted with an invoice after. A request will take 4-5 days to complete.
  • What type of resin products and jewelry do you make?
    Here are some examples of resin objects created: Trays, ashtrays, coasters, hair sticks, up cycled trays, portraits and tables. Those are some of my best sellers, but I am always expanding the type of objects I create. Circle earrings and hair jewelry are available for purchase in shop or for customization . The custom order page for can be found on the service page.
  • I would like a customized resin or jewelry order; how do I submit a custom order?

  • How long do custom orders take?
    Custom orders take approx. 7- 10 days to complete and deliver / be ready for pick up. If the project takes longer than this, your will be updated and notified .
  • I'm located in Saint Louis; Is there any way I can do an in-person pick up for my order and/or pay in person ?
    If you would like to buy something from the website and pick up in person , please email Ebonyirisllc@gmail.com with the name of the items and your first/last name. An itemized receipt will be sent along with a way to discuss pickup details / payment further . Custom orders are also available for in person pick up .
  • When do you release new candle scents?
    New candle scents are announced on the solstice and equinox of each year (Schedule found at weather.gov 2023-2030 posted). Restocks of currently circulating scents are available twice a month .
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Contact us at ebonyirisllc@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
